My gut feel is phoenix is more or less a done deal.. it is just a matter of time before it is up for PO.

It's no harm in having it ready to go when they get the green light. I wonder if they will print and paint a prototype?

So i haven't been following this like the others…. I thought this one was a done deal and almost ready for PO? Are they contemplating whether they will approve the design or what? this thing looks incredible they have to release her :|

I want them to do this as well. That way we can do all the fine tuning while negotiations are being completed.
Then she is good to go when the green light hits!

Is this a dispute over Fox vs Disney or Kirby family vs Marvel/Disney? If it's the Kirby fam, then it has been settled so hopefully we'll be getting X-Men and Spidey statues soon!
