And it’s been hazel in their Handbooks for years, check the bottom of the page.
But if it’s not 616 Spider-Man, then they very well could be different. In the various cartoons his eyes have been blue, brown and even green. The funny one is Spider-Man Unlimited (middle picture) is a direct continuation of the previous 90s Spider-Man The Animated Series so its the same exact Peter, yet they changed his eye color with the change in art style.
Wolverine’s eye color changes from brown to blue, too. |

In all seriousness, I'm pretty sure I've seen art of Black Cat and Jean Grey with both green and blue eyes too.
