Got my notice too. But here's a question: I've a $30 credit that they're supposed to "automatically" apply (compensation for a damaged statue) but CS told me that credit will not appear on the invoice but will be deducted "like cash paid" from the final bill. Should I trust them? Or go through the process of working it out myself to make sure they do it right?

I just chatted with a customer service rep yesterday about the amount showing on my account for my GL exclusive not including my $70 reward point credit. She assured me it would be applied on the final invoice. And Sideshow sent me the text of the conversation so I feel confident they will apply it.

You'll have to make sure on your credit card statement. I've had the same process go through without any problems. Don't think you need to be worried.

It usually works correctly, but I have had it happen both ways before. It would be best to call/chat with them early on the day it is going to process to just make sure they see it. They will only move the credit to another piece and not issue a refund to your card if they screw up.

That marble turn table is classy. Where can I get something like that?
