Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Into the Woods

The first hour is good but then it drags on for another. The singing also dwindles towards the end so all you're left with is stage acting. I enjoyed Meryl Streep's character the most.

7/10

Annie - 3/10

Movie just didn't have the heart or the clarity of the original. The little girl who played Annie was cute enough, did a fine job - but the story was severely lacking. I'm pretty sure Cameron Diaz is turning into a real life troll

Life Itself (2014) - The life and career of the renowned film critic and social commentator, Roger Ebert.

Funny and during his final days in the hospital, difficult to watch. 9/10

Citizenfour (2014) - A documentarian and a reporter travel to Hong Kong for the first of many meetings with Edward Snowden.

It confirms what most people already suspected I think. 8/10

The Grand Budapest Hotel - 3/5

Pretty, but overrated like all Wes Anderson films.

U-571 (2000) tells the fictional tale of an American submarine crew boarding a German uboat to retrieve a code breaking machine. No where near the best submarine movie but entertaining. 5.5/10
