OMG - this is exactly how I wanted a Beast statue to be positioned. Desk look and them him jumping over.
The fur looks really good on him.

Great AD on this one

It?s partly our common perception. Beast is supposed to be 5?11. He?s shorter than Cyclops and Gambit for example. Although many depictions have him larger.

He?s Storm?s height.

Also in the photo he?s slightly placed back from Jean and Emma.
Yeah, X-Men cartoon made him large and I think most people prefer him like that nowadays.

well.

he is the Beast after all.

LOL!!

I do think he should have some serious girth on him as he is also full of fur.

He should be shorter, but wider. Should be intimidating.

agreed. Particularly for the base/setting that he is currently in.

Not sure a Jim Cover X-Men number 1 Beast portrait will make it's way to this piece.

If so.....I really feel sorry for those books.

LOL!!!!!

He's really not in person. I own that one. He sinks into the base and he's crouching. If you straightened him up and put him on a larger base he would be pretty massive. The statue is like 60lbs.

I wish the XM pose had sideshow’s style of sculpted fur and color.

From what I can see so far I really like what I’m seeing with this Beast PF but it just doesn’t fit my line up.

I have Gambit, Rogue, Wolverine, Psylocke and Cyclops all in battle while Beast is reading a book on a handstand.
