Cancelling items
Hey guys. Today I needed to cancel an item and did so. Now when I look at my account info, it says the item is deleted, but there is still a $21 shipping charge. What is the deal with this. Also, how long till the cancelled item is no longer in my account?

The shipping charge remains in your account info, it seems that's normal. You won't be charged of course

Yeah they are not actually deleted from your online account. I guess they stay there as a record that the order was cancelled.

You don't get charged as long as you didn't use FLEXPAY. If you used FLEXPLAY, there will be a cancellation charge.

My apologies, they`ve changed the cancellation fees.
`Due to the increased administrative costs of the Flex Pay option, Sideshow will charge Flex Pay customers a cancellation fee of $20.00 for cancellations occurring before the first payment date`
