What are best display cases or frames for sideshow statues?

New to statue forum. What are best display cases or frames for sideshow statues that won't destroy my wallet, and can take alot of weight, and possibly stack? I just started eliminating smaller statues and trying to start collection with only sideshow statues. I have 2 the premium format punisher and skeletor. Although I did order the big mass effect Normandy Cerberus replica. Any advice would be helpful and appreciated.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Ikea Besta, is the cheap way to go, although long term going cheap might be something you regret down the line. For expensive you want https://us.moducase.xyz/.

Do they stack? And will several stack while holding weight of sideshow statues inside?

You can stack or assemble, and a Besta will certainly hold the weight of the statue. Just google Ikea Besta.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

For relatively inexpensive but sturdy shelves.

1. Ikea: Besta, Stuva, or PAX.
2. Home Depot/Lowes: metal rack shelves
3. Make your own. (buy lumber and a saw)

For expensive.

1. Moducase
2. Displays2go.com (or some other online commercial display store)
3. Custom Built

My advice. Ikea Bestas are popular, and look okay but they're cheap and you know it.

My collection outgrew them and I just gave them away. I switched to garage racks. I use Muscle Racks but there are a variety. They come in different sizes and are typically variable. The shelves hold a lot of weight, hundreds of pounds easily.

Another thing is, seeing the whole statue rather than seeing it framed in a black or white box? After having both I like the open shelves.

My 2 cents

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Stock glass shelves yes. Can aways buy thicker custom cuts. Not much over 25 pounds aside from 1/3 pieces.
