looks great , however are they a single bust whic is deluxe or 2 different busts ?

I just noticed the same thing: in the first two pics he's holding a torch, in the other pics he's holding a sword. Are these two seperate busts or just one, with interchangeable arms?

I would think they are one, as you can see the arm connection at the shoulder.

The arms are interchangeable...

Looks far from being an Uruk-hai...poor execution...IMO
