Every time I've had stuff from PCS delivered through USPS they always charge the correct amount of 5% according to the customs code.

Others in the UK who have had items from PCS delivered by Fedex have been charged 20% despite it being the 5% customs code.

So I'll just have to e-mail them like Sarf said and get my charges corrected, no big deal.

Fedex here charge you after they have delivered, you usually receive a letter about a week later.

Yes but do you have to pay the 20% no matter what and hope to retrieve the overcharged 15% or can you give them the finger and insist on only paying the correct 5% from the beginning?

I'm pretty sure Sarf got his charge reduced before he paid it.

I'm definitely not going to pay it then challenge it, they won't care then will they
