Yes, its the regular Rogue not exclusive. The head comes separate but its kind of a snug fit because of the jacket. On the pic, I didn't fully attach the head to the body because I'm going to do some minor tweaking. 
I received my regular Rogue today from an Ebay vendor who offered free shipping.

Thanks! I simply could not resist! I, too, would love to see a Jean PF statue made in the near future.

Rogue is my second favourite too... i will freak out if Sideshow ever release a premium format of Laura Kinney... X-23 is the best
