Emerald City Comicon 2009 - The Haul

So this year I went a little more conservative volume wise, deciding to go for fewer, more expensive pieces. I decided not to just buy anything that looked cool, but really to think through each purchase, and I think it turned out well.

Here's the haul so far...

Bob Layton - Classic Iron Man

Bob Layton - Commission - Silver Centurian Unmasked

Tim Sale - Golden Age Green Lantern

Matt Clark - Rocketeer

Next up was...

Rob Liefeld - Darth Vader

A prelim that Rob did on the back

Allison Sohn Sketch Card - Boba Fett

Dan Brereton - Boba Fett

I have a few more but have to rescan and sew together - the pic's just wouldn't do them justice.

Bob's a great guy to talk to, very pleasent. Matt Clark was so the right choice for the Rocketeer. I have one other artist in mind for this character as well, but it will have to wait.

I don't understand what either of these guys are saying, but that Brereton Fett is the bees knees!

The Layton, Clark and Sale pieces are also awesome!

BTW, if you need a place to store this Iron Man piece, I've got some room at my house.
