It's Milestone so I believe at least 1/6.

I can't spot the difference between how Vader is supposed to look in each individual movie like other fans are able to do but something seems off to me.

Vader almost looks like that old Hasbro statue put on this new base. Something does look off about it.

The mask looks a little too long or helmet too small.

Yes when you compare to that helmet, you can see they cut the helmet too far back and also made it too long.
