I don't know about that. They may not be solicited as such but some of the beasts they've released like the Sandtrooper on Dewback, Rancor & Keeper and upcoming Bantha with Tusken Raiders can be considered dioramas. As could the Jabba the Hutt statue.

well, with jabba the hutt statue, they just keep on adding on expansion kits, no?

Yes which adds to the original environment but the Jabba statue itself had Oola, a Jawa and Jabba's throne in addition to Jabba himself.

They are but they feature multiple characters with their surrounding environment so by definition they're still dioramas.
The upcoming Boba Fett with Stormtroopers and Han in Carbonite is also a diorama though I'm not sure if GG refers to it as such. Its possible they're not allowed to due to some licensing restriction or something. Or maybe they just choose not to. I don't know.
