alternate final scene:
Zombie Mountain shown in bed next to the shame nun, she lights up a cigarette, inhales and blows smoke into his left ear, and the smoke comes out of his right ear. She whispers, in his left ear "shame, shame, shame" and a tiny smirk appears on her face. Cue Journey's don't stop believin' fade to black.

I want HBO to end Game of Thrones well ... then look at the hole the show's left on their line-up, then develop Elric of Melnibone as their follow up Fantasy epic.

I'm sure mine is still Breaking Bad. My pity, anger, love and hate for so many characters on that show was through the roof.
There is no way that Martin will finish his books before HBO ends their run, so I'm hoping justice is served to his vision.

I think there's spinoff possibility for Jorah trying to find a cure for greyscale. Similar to the Incredible Hulk tv series, he moves around going from town to town, each week seemingly coming close to finding a cure and by the end of the episode any hope of it working permanently is dashed so he has to leave and keep looking. At the end of the series he would find the cure though, only to become shipwrecked and marooned on a desert island.

Wandering the bleak land, he comes across a ruined castle. A bear sigil halfway buried in the sands. And then he falls to his knees and screams “You maniacs! You blew it up! Ah, damn you!"
