Guys,i need your help

The Howling statue is now moved on Feb-April 2019,i see my order now on my Sideshow account can someone tell me what happenes when i cancle my order?
Paid in full and i don´t know that Sideshow get a nonrefundable deposit from me.

I keep getting the email from Sideshow and I don't even have an order with PCS. Is this just an automated email to everyone who had accounts? If not I wonder what I have on order

They can issue you a full refund or give you an option for SS credit.

So I just got off the phone with SS, what a freaking mess. Way to go PCS, this whole transition of yours has just screwed me huge. I got emails last night that they would be charging in full most of my orders in 2 days. I called them and got a robotic sounding rep on the phone who just kept repeating the same thing back to me over and over "Im sorry, but I must reference our company policy" like a parrot. She says we can put all these orders on flex if you like, but they would need to start this month. I'm like payments on all these statues PLUS other stuff I already have on order with SS would have me spending over $6000+ a month just in flex payments. Thats nuts, I told her I wasn't doing it. I asked if I can get a credit or refund on my 11 orders. She says sorry, but no, I can only get refunds on just 2 orders....WTF?

I have over $2000 in deposits/payments with you, and now because of this merger I have to bite the dust on thousands of dollars?



Has anyone else had this issue dealing with SS on their orders?

Once the orders have been moved to Flexi payment, it is possible to take control of them yourself.
Delay various payment(s) by 1 month for example.

Even then, with the Canadian exchange rate, we're still talking thousands. She told me I can only put them on 3 month flex, I can delay one or two sure, but at $350 US for a single payment on my Scorpion bust, that's $500 Canadian for 1 payment on just 1 statue. Multiply that by 11 and we're now talking $5500 a month for JUST my PCS orders. We haven't even thrown in shipping or customs yet. We're talking stupid numbers here.

That's $18,000 in three months + shipping and customs. So call it $20,000.

If you were on a PCS payment plan. Can't Sideshow stick with a similar plan?
