I still can’t understand why sideshow doesn’t just get better eye decals. It’s always been a weak point for them. They have gotten better, but I can’t see a reason why they need to look so dull. I’ve replaced the decals myself on a couple statues in the past and it made a huge difference. Really give a piece some life when the eyes are right.

Atleast Sideshow have an excellent customer service dept. My Pfeiffer Catwoman PF arrived with lousy eye's and SS posted a new head which featured great pair of eyes

I would definitely never knock sideshow's customer service. Absolute best in the industry.
