 Perfectly said! I heard that Sony and WB are partners but didn't believe it until now. So that explains the PS3 only demo......

I'm sure money was a huge factor. Nothing is free in this world and I'm sure WB didn't just let Sony have exclusive demos and content because they are "friends".
My guess is that the bid was made early on in the games development cycle and Sony was willing to take a chance more than Microsoft was. The fact that Ed Boon can't go into detail about why the 360 never ended up getting an exclusive character says a lot in that regard.

Now here's a helpful explanation on Xbox being shafted on some cool stuff. I do hope it comes as DLC later. You're the man as usual on this stuff!

there was most definatley money involved, but sometimes having the opportunity to spend that money when your competition cant is the best way for them to make cash (ps3 that is)
yeah it sucks ps3 is still down, its been down since the day after MK came out, when online is finally back everyone is gonna be an mk master with all this practice time haha
