any idea who sculpted this Aquamn and from what reference material?

and yes that Catwoman ears seem wrong. I can't recall ever seeing her consistantly with round mouse ears????

Does it have to be "consistently", though? Some artists draw her differently. I'm not sure it's "wrong". That's how Steve Rude decided to draw her.
