Good question. I immediately thought figure but it could be a statue with cloth on it like the GL with Ch'p.

The faces are pretty crudely photoshopped onto all of those busts. That... concerns me.

It's a 13" Figure
I created a thread here
http://www.statueforum.com/showthread.php?t=97411
Pasting the details
" For the first time ever in this popular product line, the 1:6 scale deluxe collector figure body has been extensively modified to reflect the unique style of a particular artist – Alex Ross’ Kingdom Come Superman.
Dressed in the trademark Kingdom Come S-shield-style costume, this version of Superman closely resembles Ross’ art from the legendary miniseries KINGDOM COME and the epic “THY KINGDOM COME” in physique, expression and dress.
The figure features 28 points of articulation, is packaged in a deluxe 4-color window box with a fifth panel and includes a display stand.
Limited Edition. Manufactured to order.
Advance-solicited; on sale July 28, 2010 * Collector figure * $99.99 US"

I enjoyed watching the first season of True Blood, but I don't think I've interest enough to pick up a series of busts.
The Owlman looks fantastic! I'm surprised they didn't include previews or sketches for other sculpts from this DVD. I assume they will be doing the big three and the remaining counterparts.
I'll probably pick up the Bizarro and Catwoman pieces, even though the price point is a bit higher than I would like.

Love Anna Paquin and her Sookie character, but i am not sure i will pick the bust up. It would have to be perfect.

I'm sorry, the grin on this sculpt's face is more suited to the Joker than a hero like Aquaman. Something a little more subtle would be better suited to this sculpt.

The photoshopped TrueBlood busts are a bit deceiving. I wonder why they couldn't wait to show the final prototype.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.
