I love this new "Avengers Assemble" line. Also I love the 1/5 scale as the 1/4 scale is nice and all, but man do those boxes taking up a lot of storage room! The 1/5 scale is a nice middle range being not overly huge and taking up a ton of curio shelving space, but yet big enough to showcase just as profoundly well.

At first I was going to pass on the line but then when Cap came out I was more and more drawn to the classic but yet updated look merged in to one convenient all-in one overall Avengers action collection must-have. I love the detail on Caps uniform--
the scales and the belt pouches -- the details are impressive. Some are saying the line looks a bit "cartoony" Eh---- I guess--
BUT man--- they sure look like the comics version in a retro yet modern all-in-all fit.

Then Thor came out and "Whoah! The pose is killer! Love the Thor sculpt.

Then the Hulk promo is now shown silouetted and "Whoah again!"
"Hulk Smash pose!" So I decided "That's it" I pulled the trigger on the ex Iron man and ex Cap as the ex print run on Iron Man being only 750 I feel is a sound investment and once the price of these go up in the secondary markets in a year or so as fans realize "Hey maybe the 1/5 scale is the new way to go as the 1/4 scale is soooooooo massively high-storage maintenance. You get a nice middle ground as I stated earlier.

So I got sucked in. I want the 4 key members at least and I think all 4 displayed together as as an action diaramic setting is going to rock! I can depict an Avengers vs any team display with this action posed setting. I'm sure we will be getting new lines of 1/5 scale statues now from SS that you could pit against this "Avengers Assemble" collection. How cool would this look faced off against a future line of "JLA" SS 1/5 scale statues? "Whoah" or a villains face-off depiction. Endless possibilities. Plus they arent pricing the fans out(not yet anyways) like the 1/4 scale PF's are currently doing- Yee!! $600-$800

They need a Hawkeye and Widow for this line for sure. I'm sure they are coming. It would be cool to have a future exclusive swap-out "Ant-Man figure atop a Hawkeye notched arrow"

I think this 1/5 scale will go over big down the road.

I doubt ss can finish that 13 person roster. I'd love to see it, though.
Which team should they complete?

Really loving these, I like how each has a classic portrait as an EX.
I wonder if Hulk will have 2 portraits .

Funny enough, I have my EX Ultron COM displayed with my Bowen pieces. He's actually on the smallish side of 1/5 scale. So, I display him next to the Infinity Gauntlet Thanos. He's one of Bowen's larger pieces so Ultron fits in pretty well with Thanos.

Absolutely loving how these are progressing.

Vision would be the one I want added next after the first 4.
