nrd refunded

has anyone gotten sideshow to give them a courtesy refund on their nrd? i.e. piece hasn't been delayed 90 days and you get your NRD back

Yes, when I canceled my order of Thor, they refunded the full amount I paid, including the NRD.

I wanted to cancel an order as I wasn't happy about the production piece, tried to transfer the payments to a new order and was told I'd still lose the NRD, told them I wasn't looking for a refund as it was a swap to the new order....still no.

That was just what they said to me as well, I just cancelled a PO yesterday I was flex paying and asked if I can transfer the NRD and payments over to the other statue and they told it cannot be done. So they refunded my payments minus the NRD, I remember reading on the forum that someone said that you can have everything transferred over one time? Oh well I know now.

I have heard this as well. It's most often the case a one time thing.

This is one of the reasons I'll not be PO'ing anything else, that and I'd rather see in hand quality before deciding on an order, only one more PO to come now.

I think sometimes it depends on the customer service person you get as well, some can't be bothered to listen or help...

In my experience, this is also true.

I've had a few transferred/refunded, but maybe 3-5 over ~10+ years.
