Any word on the Han in carbonite figure for last years guild members? I received an email that it was going to ship out on Apr 18 and there hasn't been any tracking number or update since.

He is in our warehouse and is shipping out this week!
(as a matter of fact I got my shipping notice for him this weekend)

Yes! There absolutely will be. We debuted Thor last month at Star Wars Celebration and there's more to come after that.
