GG Premier Guild Ordering Update

ANd FYI, if you order a piece (over and above your gift) they won't charge your card until the item is ready to ship.

I talked to their customer service to confirm.

FYI I just talked to GG and they are having problems with the Gift selection portion of the website. They are working on it and you might need to reselect them when they're done.

I knew I wasn't going crazy.

So I'm renewing my PGM now but I'm not seeing where you select your free gifts. Am I missing something or does this selection come later. I can't recall how the selection process went down in the past.

go to My Account...on the left is a list, towards the bottom there's Premier Guild Gift Selection. Hasn't worked for everyone, but there you go.

You used to use the special codes they would e-mail you to choose your gifts.

But now:

STEP ONE: Log into your Gentle Giant Ltd. account.

STEP TWO: Go to the "My Accounts" tab at the upper right of your screen.

STEP THREE: On the left-hand DASHBOARD menu scroll down to "Premier Guild Gift Selection"

STEP FOUR: Under the "SELECT A BUNDLE" drop-down menu you can choose from your 3 choices:
2 Mini-Busts OR
1 Mini-Bust and 1 The Emperor Jumbo Figure OR
1 Darth Revan Collector's Gallery Statue

STEP FIVE: (for those picking 2 items) Make selections in BOTH drop-down menus for your choices and hit SAVE.

Now you are all set!

Something is going on that won't send you any confirmation of what you chose nor will it actually save your selections so that you can see them next time you log in. They are apparently trying to fix that. You have until September to change your selections though.

Thanks, site was acting strange/slow. PGM gift selection tab appeared after my renewal purchase.

No problem. They actually took the site down for a bit earlier because their servers got fried.
