so you think the moon landing debate should be compared to the holocaust?
It's not personal with me. I would respond exactly the same to anyone on this topic.

Your original post should have been much clearer as that is what I responded to. I cannot hit refresh every two seconds while responding to see if someone changes their tune.

And yes I DO have venom for history deniers.
Everyone should.

There is no moon landing "debate".

It is denying history exactly the same as the holocaust deniers, be it humanitys worst moment or our greatest matters not. It is denying history to entertain this hoax/conspiricy nonsense.

Again, this is nothing personal between you or I.

Thought you would chime in with that same argument.

You never responded to me in the other post on the matter.

Why not?

You jump in, say it is a "waste" and run off without defending your view with any factual information.

I think that says a lot about the merit of your view doesn't it?

Maybe that's my naivete as to video archiving, though, which I admit I know nothing about.
redundant systems do several of the same backup knowing that one or possibly several can fail. for nasa to have no video backup is very odd. it goes against every system component they utilize in the operation of a spacecraft.

Perfect timing for these pics!

As the orbit lowers for the LRO, more pictures will be coming of other landing sites and higher resolution.

Lunar orbiter photographs Apollo landing sites

Now if they could only invent a way to not waste billions of dollars they'll really be on to something.
