help with repair or finding someone to fix venom bust

So i just bought a life size venom bust and he arrived with a large crack along the back of him and i have no idea how to go about fixing him. If it is fairly simple to fix i could do it myself and paint the damaged part but i dont really know where to start. If its not too simple i wouldn't mind shipping him out for someone to fix him. I ended up getting him at a great price and he looks great next to my spiderman bust so i don't really don't want to send him back. Any help is appreciated thanks!
