This collectible was sculpted by Jon Reilly (body and hair) and Justin McMillan (faces) , but did begin with a 3D model supplied by Capcom.

I think he means a cross between the classic Evil Ryu and the long hair E. Ryu with the hole in his chest.
Wasn't long hair E. Ryu the first version seen in SFIV when you get to that part?
I still want long hair E.Ryu. like this.
