Good luck my man. Would normally have offered assistance but the wife and I are completely hosed for tomorrow

I think that MTV deal was just a watermark on the article. I don't mind the title block myself.

The Hobbit by Taylor is just off to me for some reason. Would normally be something I like.

I think tomorrow's releases will be the first real test of the new Mondo site. I'm going to lurk around and see how it goes. The Horkey Lord of the Rings is the best in the series.

I wonder why they are releasing these early in the week. There can't be anything bigger than this coming for Thursday?

Flippers. Unless it's really bad anything Mondo sells goes very fast.

Honestly I think the official posters for this series are very good. Mondo's releases are more artsy if you need that sort of thing.

I haven't seen a good Ken Taylor piece in a while. The official poster is way better than this screenprint.

Ya I agree, I will try and test out the new site as well. Doubt it will make much difference, but at least I can see first hand if its the same old crap and can move on from Mondo for good.

as for a possible later week release, Ive heard rumblings of possible Stout multiple prints... but his names always thrown around. People at EB love to hate Stout and throw out false info, so I would put much faith in it.

I want this Horkey badly, but I'm screwed. No way I'll be able to score while working. Like the two before it I'll have to resort to the aftermarket if I really want it. Unlike the two before it however I might break down and pay for this one.

Good luck to everyone braving the drop.

Been out of the loop for awhile but is MOndo still doing the 9-11am drop thing?

Also what is going on with that last Hobbit print? I don't dislike it but I am unsure what scene they are showing.

I refreshed the Mondo homepage and they didn't put it there. BTW now I see what you mean with quick sellouts.
