I’d consider my replacement acceptable, but certainly not perfect. I gave up on perfect with this piece as did many others. That says it all.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I have 0 complaints with mine, but yeah the launch could have gone better. Still going to continue with this line, and hopefully, the next release won't have so many issues.

So my replacement doesn't fit either. It's not as bad as the first but it's still pretty ----ing bad. I don't even know why they bothered sending it to me because they did check it. I've told them if they can't find a suitable replacement, I'll get my money back and forget about collecting the line. They best give me back my reward points too. It's a real shame because I really like the statue, it's painted quite well too, but no way in hell am I going to put up with misaligned wrists. The thing should've just been glued to the base at the factory then none of this ---- would've happened.

So god damn annoyed because I will now have to make a fourth trip to the post office in peak. Waste of my ----ing time.

Warm it up with a blow dryer, should do the trick to fix the alignment issue.

I don't own a hairdryer and I don't like the idea of doing it nor should I have to. I feel like I'd be compromising its structural integrity and it will naturally want to go back to it's prior shape thus slowly deforming overtime and start leaning.

It doesn’t return to its previous shape after heating. After years of collecting, I would recommend having a hairdryer, super-glue and museum putty. Either that, or realize you will be sending back a lot of statues, that you had wanted, for a refund.

Heat

I concur with the heat suggestion. I don't have a hair dryer either but my small space heater did the trick. Used it on low for 5-7 minutes and the arms moved right into place.

More worthwhile to wait for the replacement, IMO.

I had to get a replacement for mine, too. The replacement came out perfect.
