This is my favorite host for Angelus. I wasn't as fond of some of the later looks for her, so I'm super happy they're doing this version.

I kinda like Celestine and a little of Danny but yeah! The first Angelus left an impression... too bad her 1000 years experience was ended by Jackie... wish Top Cow did a story of her ascend to wielding the Angelus and her slaughter of many heirs of the Darkness.

These are a few of the ones I would like to see off the top of my head. Sure there are a few more.

All of these would be great, but Voodoo, Zealot, and Grifter belong to Jim Lee. Their characters are under DC now.

But I would be ALL IN for a Cyblade or Ripclaw!

Northern - do you mean the version where the comatose Mom became Angelus instead of the Daughter who wanted to be Angelus? I don't remember her name, but I remember that she was chosen.

Yep, its really close to this images. And yes, this is the version of Angelus I prefer. I really hope XM looked at things like this when coming up with the pose. I don't want a dumb cheesecake Angelus. I want fierce.

Yep, its really close to this images. And yes, this is the version of Angelus I prefer. I really hope XM looked at things like this when coming up with the pose. I don't want a dumb cheesecake Angelus. I want fierce.

Yeah, the first couple hosts she took in the beginning of the Darkness series.

I just looked it up and it was Appolonia Franchetti and her mother Lauren Franchetti. Then it went on to take other hosts over the course of the book.

I still prefer the version with the white hair, the one Marc Silvestri drew so well. I might have to read the first bunch of issues again, but isn't the white haired version the true entity?
