Problemista (2023) - Alejandro is an aspiring toy designer from El Salvador struggling to bring his unusual ideas to life in NY. As time runs out on his work visa, a job assisting an erratic art-world outcast becomes his only hope to stay in the country.

Tilda Swinton was the draw for me and the movie has quirky charm for sure. Recommended if you're looking for something that is as light as a summer breeze. 6.5/10

The Beekeeper - 7/10. A couple of unnecessary characters, but Statham continues to be one of my favorites.

Challengers (2024) - Tashi, a former tennis prodigy turned coach, turned her husband into a champion. But to overcome a losing streak, he needs to face his ex-best friend and Tashi's ex-boyfriend.

Even though I love many of director Luca Guadagnino's films, I had doubts about this one, but 20 minutes in, I found the story to actually be riveting. 9/10

Poor Things - a little disappointed in this after all of the hype. 7.5/10
