That is from the old WB Tweety cartoon when he drank the Jekyll and Hyde formula and would turn into the big yellow bird. There was some toy company a few years back releasing action figures of the various WB characters and they released a regular yellow version. For SDCC that year, they had a special Hulk-colored version. I was not able to go to SDCC, so a couple weeks after the convention, I called up the company and asked if they had one left over I could buy. They said they only had one left that was already open and I could have it for free if I wanted it. Moral of the story: Unless you ask, you will never know.
