They work rather well together, despite all being from different producers!

I don't like the pose of Human Torch.
he is too low imo. But I agree with those lines.

That Mr fantastic is a killer sculpt though.
The Fantastic Four I got is the Dio made by sideshow. I love this piece even though The Thing is off.

Thanks for the compliments gang. While Mr. Fantastic was by far the hardest to find, the Torch choice was the most problematic. I certainly considered the BD and Attakus Torches as well as the whole BD set, Sideshow dio, and the rest of the DST Silver Age dio. The Sideshow Sue would be my second pick I do have the BD mini-statues -- Galactus making that set work for me.

The DST Torch's low position is certainly an issue (he's also low in the Sideshow). Eugene1979 elevated him on a shelf built into the wall in his amazing diorama, but I'm not able to do anything like that (who else can?). It was hard to tell, but my piece should have been even lower because I had him atop an empty DVD case. Still your good comments spurred me to add more height. I first tried a higher black riser but it was too much (imagine Johnny atop the Galactus stand pictured below). Take a look -- Better before? Try something else?

I like the lightness effect of the glass -- as much in weight(lessness) as brightness terms (its not so bright without camera flash). You can also go "too high" for this particular statue -- I tried piling the glass higher but it drew attention away from the statue.

Enzo, here's a wider shot of the three posters I have -- there's also a fourth Dr. Doom poster. They are Kirby reproductions I grabbed off eBay, and I'll PM the details to you:

In fact the FF poster provides a rationalization for Torch's position. Johnny is flying in at Reed's knee-level, and who can argue with the King
