the auction ended with a price of USD$5000 for the vintage Japanese walking robot model kit
I remember many years ago we bought a similar ( not the same ) vintage Japanese walking robot model kit for a modest price
because the plastic is so old, it became brittle
while we were assembling the robot, the plastic crumble to bits
but i believe the buyer of this kit will keep it in its un assembled mint form.
