Project Triforce out of business?

Does anyone know what is going on with Project Triforce? Are they out of business? The FB page is full of people saying they have not gotten any communication for months regarding their pre-orders. That has been my experience as well. I want my deposit back, but not sure how to go about it if they can't even be contacted.

I'd like to try to resolve it through the company if possible. Are they for sure out of touch and/or business?

Also, this was for a pre-order over 2 years ago. Not sure the CC company is going to honor a charge back that old from date of purchase.

They sure know how to pick theor licenses! Lawbreakers and Evolve lol.

Those Evolve statues were like $1000+ and haven't even been released and still an estimated ship date of Q1 2017.

Also they get the KI license and make Rash....

I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole, get on to your credit card if possible and get your money back that way.

Yeah, I'll have to get on with it with the CC company. I did more searching in other parts of the interwebs. Hope I'm not screwed.

I would definitely get your money back through your CC if you can, but that's not new. They've been doing that ---- for years and still be in business (they had a pretty big booth at NYCC this year actually :P).

Statues are becoming saturated and coo coo bird prices. A warning sign of things to come? Careful how far out you pre-order people. Me too.

I have heard from pretty reliable sources they are done. Getting your money back from your credit card company is not an option for charges from several months to several years ago. I myself am out quite a bit of money.

Yeah, on the charge back from an over two year transaction, pretty sure I'll be screwed, but still will check.
