Just got my Joe Mad piece last night, extremely disappointed. Man what a let down after the awesome prototype that was done. The decision to dig out all the ink lines in the sculpt instead of applying paint was really dumb and doesn't read. On top of that the paint job on mine is a sloppy mess. Gonna try and resell asap

Good lord, not another one. Makes me wonder if I should bother ordering the upcoming Jim Lee version.

Yah can't really say, I have the mignola one and absolutely love it. I'm very much of the mind that if you drastically change elements of the paint/sculpt you need to reshoot it and update your marketing/box art. Looks nothing like the box. I reviewed on amazon, and saw it only has one other review (1 star) with photos that look like mine. Clearly wasn't a one off bad version or something

I love my Joe Mads statue. Sorry to hear you weren't happy with yours.

Got my Joe Mad Batman and its not bad given recent quality, but still below par relative to other B&W’s in the collection for sure.

I took a chance on the Bruce Timm Batgirl. Against all odds, the QC was actually okay. However, since Amazon used a box that was too big and didn't include any padding, the statue was jostled while in transit. The right leg was cracked at the knee. -_-

I have a tough time seeing Gene Colan style in that piece
