The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

question is which is better xm or sideshow?

for me

xm has more switch outs, easier to display and has the book/pedastal

sideshow more presence, i like the spell better then black ball, better face and general costume looks better

both capes are fine

sideshow atleast 8-12 months out
If I had to choose between the two XM would be my first choice.

The art of business lol. Slowly raise prices over time to where it gets to the point eventually that your customers find the new prices as being reasonable. $1,000 Maquettes in ~3-5 years here we come.

What's the edition size?

That's for sure a $500 piece with taxes and shipping on eBay 1-1.5 years from shipping date.

Maybe even sooner

I know he was a doctor, but I didn't think he practiced magic in the same gloves They may want to consider toning down the shine on his gloves. Not too bad from a distance, but in all the closer photos they look like dishwashing gloves. Like they would be made out of latex or nitrile. Not a leather or supple fabric.

Price doesn't seem too shabby. While I know there is no EX, I would hope the power rings are removable in case people don't want to display them.

I think it looks awesome, I like the XM pose and love the spell book stand, but hate the portraits.

Shipping will fix that, depending on where you live.

Sideshow is the clear winner here, to me.

Exactly this.

Except that $1k Maquette will probably arrive in a year or two at this rate.
