Say hi to Melissa!!!
So I called ARH today to follow up and see if they got the pics that I sent... And a woman answers the phone and identifies herself as Melissa... She checked to make sure they got my pics and sent me a follow up email letting me know they will take care of my issue. She seemed extra savy in the customer relations department and asked how my day was despite the answer being pretty obvious! Lol! Hopefully she will be forthcoming with ARH info and I can get the scoop on some stuff coming out!!!
