yeah, I would like to think since this Wonder Woman statue was announced at the beginning of the year that by now there should be a painted version that could be previewed.

With no newsletter this month, and it already being more than half way through the month, I'm guessing no WW PO in January....

Any idea why no newsletter this month?

I just assume they were really busy with shipping out the Ivy EX, Minion, and Hordak variant.

They have literally a month to get those ready and it's extremely easy to automate when those get sent out.

Pretty poor communication IMO on not having it sent out, it's really not all that hard, even as a small shop. Really, how long can it possibly take to create a one page email like that? A couple hours?

LOL, I'm not defending them, just offering ideas. We have no clue about their systems... who knows, maybe poor Gwen sits there and prints then hand applies every shipping label.

Then honestly, that's a logistics problem.

I know you weren't defending them or anything, just saying it's a really bad excuse. It's not a hard thing to do and honestly, most of it should be templated and be very easy to produce on a monthly basis, if not, they are doing it wrong.

I've worked for enough tech companies (with marketing departments) in my day, it's never a problem for any of them, even with a skeleton crew running the show.

Just baffles me when companies can't do very simple things (and don't get me wrong, I love TH). If it really was an issue outside their control, they do have ways to e-mail blast their subscriber list.... Again, it's not hard, just simple communication.

Anyway, back to WW.

Since we haven't even seen a painted proto, I'm thinking maybe even later than February.
