This. The unfortunate truth.

I still need my 1:3 SFV Cammy.
Hey everyone, why there's not any Disney/Pixar statues in the market? License problems or something like that? I would pay ANYTHING for a good 1:3 Frozen Elsa :'(

While the Akuma and Ninjas weren't disasters they weren't the golden statues everyone was hoping for when they sold out so fast.
Honestly I just feel MK has lost the hype. It's always been 2nd fiddle to Street Fighter and not just when it comes to the games...

Just do any character/costume they want from whatever game in that style (environment on black trim base, fully sculpted, dynamic poses) and lets get a unified line here!

the MKX is close but now where near as dynamic as the Ultra line.
I think if You did MK with that kind of dynamic in action pose, on Bases like the ultra line, both raised and character based. That would be pretty cool looking.

You're describing the amazing (yet dead) MK9 line.
Its demise was almost painful

Give another company a chance, that has a bit more passion for the game.

I got out of the line because there seemed to be too much focus on the CRAPPY KLASSICS instead of the modern far more interesting and artistic costume designs of MK9 and 10.
I get that many collectors wanted the Klassics (I have no godforsaken idea why), so in essence, I blame the collector as it usually speaks to what a company will and will not make.
If PCS isn't going to go deep in the MK franchise of characters...and if it isn't doing as well as they think it would, then maybe it best to let it go and focus more on their SF lines.

For the most part SF still sells amazingly well for us. Look at Chun Li 1:3 & Ultimate Akuma, they sold better than even I expected.
The Ultra line finally has found its legs. It started a little slow but as we PO new statues for it we see the orders for older ones increasing. As people see the line is not going to die they jump in on it.
The MK 'Reboot' is coming soon.
Lots of new licenses signed. Just waiting for the right moment to announce.

The only thing I remember from the MK9 line was the Scorpion, which I did not like.
But I imagine if they took a stab at it now, it might turn into something fantastic.
