It does BUT so far they have been insulated by plenty of people using PayPal either through cash or PP credit for 6 months no interest.

Delayed pieces weren't eligible for PayPal's 6 month protection. Tell someone that paid by CC that they will need to wait a year+ delay for the best possible statue and PCS will be answering to Visa or MC after ALL of their money has been returned to the customer.

Maybe, I think the big problem is that a ton of people just forget to make payments and then just never keep up with it. They'd have the same problem with full pay or deposit via CC too so I don't having a payment plan there really matters if you're doing CC anyways.

has anyone purchased the Street Fighter Gouken 1/4 statue? I was wondering if there are any thoughts about him one way or the other. I couldn't find a thread for him. The warehouse gem sale made me think about him.

I have both and they are truly fantastic pieces. Very good presence and exactly according to the SF4 game. I could not fault it one bit. Pcs did an amazing job on both versions.

I may be biased, but both Gouken statues are fantastic.

Also, this thread is stickied, and has links to every PCS SF statue.
