For some reason; I thought the original Yoda was $2k. This is a bargain compared to what PCS is trying to charge with there 1/3 statues.

I’m probably going to be preordering this locally, but unfortunately the conversion is a lot worse than I was hoping.
After usual discounts at Popcultcha I scored the original half scale for $810 AUD, but for this one it is going to cost $1,215 AUD. That’s a 50% increase!
(Before discounts Popcultcha had the original listed for $1,000 AUD, but for this one it’s $1,500 AUD.)
Of course the Aussie dollar has fallen since back then. It was about 0.78 back then ($700 USD = $900 AUD) and now it’s 0.69 ($795 USD = $1,150 AUD). I’m guessing that it’s just got a lot more expensive for Popcultcha to import pieces.

Yeah I'll probably order from Popcultcha too but I'll wait for it to come into stock. Just need to wait for next year's tax return so I'm all cashed up.
