P1 and XM can get away with those prices because of their higher and consistent quality. SS is no P1, therefore if they try to price match P1 they will be severely disappointed at the outcome.

Though Prime 1 hasn’t had the best track record of late with regards to QC etc. Or rather how the pieces arrive in hand to collectors.
The Beserk piece which arrived wet and has since been recalled, the Flash with the ineffective tension attached plastic lightning effect which arrive warped as per their usual 1/4 plastc effect parts, broken legs for the AK Catwoman. And that’s just in the past month!!
(And note I primarily preorder P1 pieces nowadays)

I think this Hulk will have a bigger base + is more detailed, my guess is 1550 für the CE and 1590 for the EX.
