From RS:
I was thinking about getting this one down the road, now I'm giving a second thought after reading about this bending/leaning problem.
It's a nice looking piece, no doubt. I hope yours stays that way Hellboy, congrats!

Sounds like there's alot of people with the sagging problem. Glad I passed on this one.

If it does start to sag, you should contact GG. They've already replaced some of the sagging statues.

I don't believe they are doing that anymore, as even the replacements eventually sagged. For now, they are getting your personal details and putting you on a supposed "list" if/when a fix is ever made...but I would not be holding my breath.

wow that's interesting about the sagging problem. When I finally unpack mine I hope it doesn't do that. I really like this piece!

I've heard about that list too. GG said they had to receive 100 or more complaints before they consider this a 'widespread' problem.

Damn I had never heard about this issue before my purchase. I guess all I can do is cross my fingers and hope for the best. If mine starts to have this problem I'll definitely be contacting GG though.

What then? It falls under the statue lemon law and they start offering refunds?
