On the subject of Storm, she really needs a second portrait - one that doesn't have an atrocious hairline.

I always enjoy reading the rose-tinted comments from the XM fans.

You are barking up the wrong tree. I?m the furthest thing from a XM fan.
Yes, it?s lazy on Sideshow?s part.
This is going to be the only PF they do of Nightcrawler.
Why not make both classic and modern fans of Nightcrawler happy?
So yeah lazy and not well thought out at all.

Nightcrawler fans have waited forever, I think Sideshow missed a chance to get a little more coin by adding a second smiling portrait with spiked hair. Long term fans and team completist would have happily paid.

Amen! Exactly. And yes Storm definitely got the shaft.

I wasn't talking about you. I was referring to the person I quoted.

Oh yeah for those that think Sideshow is doing this to save fans money here’s something for you to think about.
The new Deadpool PF has two sets of hands (holding swords and utensils) and another EX part (Cable doll). Guess what the EX didn’t cost a thousand dollars.

Huge miss by Sideshow not offering a classic COH showing some teeth. Really baffling decision. Historically speaking, something like that doesn't add hundreds of dollars to the cost. In any event, my opinion is that's what exclusives are for. If collectors don't want to pay extra, there's a million regulars calling your name.
Honestly, I'd prefer the classic portrait over the swap-out arms (and I don't even like the swords). Whatever, though.

You still not going to pick this up despite the hairline? The hairline will not stop me from getting this.
I am going to wait to see it in person before deciding if I want to bite the bullet on a second for a custom repaint to the black lightning suit. Or better yet, hope that Sideshow gives Storm fans another bonus variant like they did the first time around!!

Yup. Switchout portrait >>>> switchout swords. Having both would?ve been perfect but if had to choose I?m sure most Nightcrawler fans would?ve wanted classic/modern portraits.

Yeah, that was the definition of lazy. No switch outs at all. Plus, they couldn't even be bothered to fix the hairline. Sorry I know I've mentioned it a few times, but man it's bad.
