Ive tried to make DVDs look good on my BD player and my Samsung TV, but its impossible. It just doesnt even come close to the same quality. No matter what settings I use...I know Im preaching to the choir

On that note, I just saw that Amazon has Superman: The Complete Series for $20.99, sadly it's on DVD.
I'm kind of bummed that they haven't released more of these on Blu, I think they only released the 1st season of Justice League, hopefully it's just a matter of time.

Yeah WB needs to step up their animated BD releases on catalog titles. You're right about JLU Season 1 being the only release. I own it but would love to replace my BTAS, STAS, Batman Beyond, earlier Batman animated films and the rest of the JLU series with BDs.  Those are some of the only DVDs that remain in my collection and didn't make their way to the sell pile.

I still don't own many of the old ones, and I'd love to pick them up, but I keep holding out for Blu. I think WB had said they were not going to continue releasing these on Blu, due to poor sales of the JLA set, keep in mind this was about two years ago. I hope they've had a change of heart now that Blu is much more mainstream than it was back then.

Well at the very least Batman: Mask of the Phantasm deserves a BD release. Its still arguably the best Batman animated film and I bet there are a lot of new Batman fans due to the success of the Nolan films that haven't even seen it.
