Problem is that the base would have to be lengthened to position Harley Quinn at a realistic distance from the high striker, but then the back of the high striker would block her face from being visible.

Or maybe try placing her where her face is facing us but her eyes are looking back at her target. Do you visualize what I mean? Her chest would now be facing out like the nameplate.

She doesn't have to be at 90 degrees from the bell, you can turn the bell and her so they're both facing us at an angle.
