The whole thing is baffling to me.
I would have thought if they were big enough fans of this hobby to buy a company then they'd have a good understanding how this hobby works.

Did they really not even look at the number of pre-order statues and ensure the money actually existed for them?
Every statue company has a bunch of pre-orders in flux. I don't think there is a claim Jerry faked documents to show suppliers/manufacturers had been paid and statues were in process of production?
So they just .... bought the company blindly and assumed everything was probably fine?

They thought the hype would stay.
Everything started going south with Raiden, then Akuma, then the Ninjas... but Jerry was so disorganized and a company can't be insolvent if it can itself keep changing when the tab is due...

I keep writing to Pop Culture Shock about the refund of my order and they keep telling me that the lawsuit is still pending.

Do you know the status of the lawsuit?

Has anyone received a refund from Pop Culture Shock?
