Could the Hulk take the Destroyer?

I don't read Thor - so I fully admit I don't know very much about the Destroyer - could the Hulk take it?

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Actually, in the avengers comic run they ended up fighting the destroyer armor. Hulk fought him and lost the fight decisively. I can't remember if the armor was controlled by anyone, I do remember Maestro taking over the armor but I am not certain if it was during the same fight. It has been a while and I can't fully remember. I do remember Hulk being calm and not expecting the armor to be as strong as it was, so he was caught off guard. They did end up winning in the end.

edit: The maestro taking over the armor was in hulk 461

So hulk has had two confrontations with the armor.
