There is something about the early SS pieces that are just better imo than stuff today and the fact they actually made limited items. This business model of make cheap and sell high in crazy numbers is the end of the line for this hobby. Why would I buy something only to lose 40% of my money immediately on resale? It’s terrible

In the new era, to survive just buy it aftermarket for what it’s worth. It’s the same except with patience to save 30-50% sometimes a lot more.

I've got the OG Gladiator Hulk and I don't think I'll ever need another one.

I feel the same way. It was the perfect blend of sculpt and mixed media.
Also, the fact that the pose has him standing tall, makes for an impressive, eye-catching piece.

Great artist but I'm not the biggest fan of his portraits. Thor's his best imo.

It's only April, but between Daredevil and Thor, Daniel Bel has had a hell of a year, so far.

I think the unmasked XM Black Panther portrait is phenomenal. I'm a big fan of Daniel's work. However, I'm not a big fan of the Art Direction at sideshow of late. That's why I'm still waiting to purchase my first Bel sculpt from sideshow.

This crouching down post hides so much and makes him much smaller looking than if he was standing up. Those hulk pf's with the lazy repaints could've been so much better with a new sculpt for each colored version. This reminds me of the pose that hides his huge presence.
