Sideshow will do and pay whatever is needed to keep a tight noose on that lisence deal and keep XM out!

They pretty much keep out everyone when it comes to their 1:4 scale licenses... I believe Prime 1 had to work out a deal with SS to do the 1:4 New 52 statues.

I hope Psylocke and Rogue will be made by XM next year. Those ladies are two gaping holes in my X-Men collection.
Storm and Jean are lonely (and I don’t care one bit that Jean isn’t in her Jim Lee look)
